Joseph Luckino, CCIM

Joe is the owner and broker of Cedar One Realty and the founder of Steel Valley Contracting & Maintenance, Ltd. and GoGo Handyman. He graduated from Indian Creek High School in 1998 and from Walsh University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication and a concentration in Biology.

In college, Joe interned with Northwestern Mutual, where USA Today recognized him as one of the top 20 interns in the country for his production. Eli Lilly recruited him before graduation, making him one of the company’s youngest pharmaceutical representatives, covering part of the Midwest region of Ohio for two years.

His passion was always real estate. Joe took real estate classes at night, and in 2004 used his savings to start Cedar One Properties in the basement of his parents’ home. He went on to earn his broker’s license in Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania and the CCIM designation, growing Cedar One from a one-man venture into a full-service brokerage and property management company for both residential and commercial real estate, since rebranded as Cedar One Residential, Cedar One Commercial and Cedar One Storage.

Through his property management work, Joe saw the need for dependable contracting and maintenance for clients and built Steel Valley Contracting & Maintenance and GoGo Handyman to serve it. He believes that to grow your community you need to be a contributing member of it. Joe and his wife, Tiffany Di Cesare Luckino, who works alongside him, live in Steubenville and run Cedar One as a family business.
