Cedar One Properties was founded in April 2004 as a small rental property business providing a handful of rentals in the Ohio Valley.
Over the years we grew into Cedar One Realty, a full-service brokerage and property management company serving businesses throughout the Ohio Valley. Our experienced commercial agents help business owners buy or sell commercial real estate and find the right space to lease.
Cedar One has a full-time, dedicated office staff that provides property management for owners and helps businesses find the right space to lease. We are proud members of the CCIM Institute and have relationships with many national brokerages representing all types of businesses.

Joe Luckino founded Cedar One as a small rental property business with a handful of units in the Ohio Valley.

Cedar One Realty
Cedar One grew into a full-service brokerage and property management company, with in-house contracting and maintenance.

Commercial, Residential & Storage
The company spun off Cedar One Commercial, Cedar One Residential and Cedar One Storage to serve each client type with dedicated teams.

Three States, Seven Offices
Cedar One is licensed in Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania, with offices in Wintersville, Calcutta, Carrollton, St. Clairsville, North Canton, Weirton and Pittsburgh.
