Fraspada has entered into a multi-phase agreement with Franciscan University to further develop the property along University Blvd in Steubenville, Ohio.
This exciting next phase signals both Franciscan University’s and Fraspada Company Limited’s commitment to improving the local community and will be built adjacent to the Inn at Franciscan Square, which opened its doors in late 2016. This next phase will be the perfect compliment to the existing restaurants and office spaces that have been operating at the site since 2018. The mixed-use development will add 12,000 -16,000 Sq Ft of professional space, 14,000 Sq Ft of retail and dining space, and 16-24 private residences. The sizable investment in this new development will build on the success of the initial phase which brought over 100 jobs to Franciscan Square.

The private residences will feature 1- and 2-bedroom apartments and will be a much-needed addition to the local housing market providing a unique and convenient setting.
